Are all accidents no win no fee accidents? I do not think so. Even the world’s most powerful legal firm will not fight a lost battle. Why should a company or an individual compensate a suicidal stunt man? According to world Health Organization, over a million died as a result road accidents in the 1998. It has been estimated that globally, 1.2 million people are killed in road crashes each year and 50 million are injured. These figures could increase by large margin over the next two decades. How many of these accident victims can say that they did not in anyway put themselves in arms way?
